Set up by local people, for local people, EcoHolmes is part of a growing community-led housing network. Guided by its members and voluntary board of Trustees, it’s charitable mission is to provide homes local people can afford, built or renovated to high standards.  We believe all homes should be as energy efficient as possible, minimising climate impacts and reducing energy costs.  To find out more about how Community Land Trusts operate and deliver homes that benefit communities for the long term, visit The Community Land Trust website.
